Progress on the nano-structural luminescent materials doped with rare-earth ions

摘要 稀土离子掺杂的纳米结构发光材料在发光二极管、显示器、生物探针、纳米光电器件、零阈值激光器等领域具有潜在的应用,因此这方面的研究越来越受到人们的重视.本文主要对稀土离子掺杂的氟化物、磷酸盐、氧化物等纳米结构发光材料的研究进展进行评述. Nano-structural luminescent materials doped with rare-earth ions have attracted a great deal of interest because of their potential applications in light-emitting diodes,displays,biological assays,optoelectronic devices with nanometer dimensions,zero-threshold lasers and so on.The progress on the nano-structural luminescent materials such as fluorides,phosphates and oxides doped with rare-earth ions was reviewed in this paper.
