Ⅲa期肺癌CT纵隔肺门淋巴结层厚与手术切除的关系

Evaluation of Ⅲa Lung Cancer Resectability by Chest CTtion

为了探讨Ⅲａ期肺癌胸部ＣＴ表现与手术切除的关系，对７０例Ⅲａ期肺癌患者分别按ＣＴＴＮＭ和不同术式分组，测量胸部ＣＴ肿瘤瘤体直径和纵隔肺门淋巴结受侵ＣＴ层厚改变。经统计分析，表明纵隔、肺门淋巴结受侵ＣＴ纵向厚度改变是影响Ⅲａ期肺癌手术切除的重要因素之一。

To evaluate chest CT and its relation to possiblility of surgical resection in Ⅲa lung cancer patients,the chest CT manifestations in 70 patients were analysed.The diameter of tumor,proximity to mediastium and/or the hilum and lymph nodes invasion were measured.It is suggested that the variety of the proximity to mediastium and/or the hilum and lymph nodes invasion are the main factors which affect the surgical resectability in Ⅲa lung cancer.
