柏子仁和柏子仁霜中脂肪酸的GC-MS比较分析研究

Composition analysis of fatty acids in seeds and defatted powder of oriental athorvitae by GC-MS

目的研究柏子仁与柏子仁霜的脂肪酸组成。方法用GC-MS方法对柏子仁与柏子仁霜油进行定性鉴定和定量分析。结果鉴定了柏子仁油中的6种脂肪酸,饱和脂肪酸主要是十六烷酸(6.58%)、硬脂酸(2.62%);不饱和脂肪酸主要为亚油酸(22.97%)、亚麻酸(54.17%)、花生四烯酸(7.75%)、二十碳三烯酸(2.62%),占脂肪酸的87.51%。;柏子仁霜油中鉴定了6种脂肪酸,饱和脂肪酸主要为十六烷酸(7.01%)、硬脂酸(4.85%);不饱和脂肪酸主要为亚油酸(23.42%)、亚麻酸(54.80%)、花生四烯酸(6.42%)、二十碳三烯酸(1.93%)。结论柏子仁和柏子仁霜均含有合理的益于人体健康的脂肪酸。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the composition of fatty acids in seeds and defatted powder of oriental arborvitae.METHODS The method of GC-MS was used for the qualitative and quantitative analyses of the compositions of the fatty oils in seeds and defatted powder of orienta arborvitae.RESULTS Six fatty acids have been detemined in the seeds of oriental arborvitae,mainly including saturated fatty acids：hexadecanoic acid（6.58%）,octadecanoic acid（2.62%）;unsaturated fatty acids：9,12-oetadecadienoic acid（22.97%）,9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid（54.17%）,arachidonic acid（7.75%）,epoxyeicosatrienoic acid（2.62%）.Six different fatty acids have been determined in the defatted powder of oriental arborvitae,mainly including saturated fatty acids：hexadeeanoieaeid（7.01%）,octadecanoic acid（4.85%）;unsaturated fatty acids：9,12-oetadecadienoic acid（23.42%）,9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid（54.80%）,arachidonic acid（6.42%）,epoxyeicosatrienoic acid（1.93%）.CONCLUSION It have reasonable the composition of fatty acids in seeds and defatted powder of oriental arborvitae,which is good for the health.
