摘要
目的建立黄芪益肾胶囊质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对方中黄芪、淫羊藿进行鉴别,应用紫外可见分光光度法测定黄芪益肾胶囊中总黄酮的含量。结果TLC鉴别专属性强,分离度好;淫羊藿苷在5.928~15.808μg.mL-1范围线性关系良好,r=0.9997,加样回收率98.18%,RSD值为0.65%。结论本方法简便准确、灵敏度高,可用于黄芪益肾胶囊的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the quality standard of Huangqi Yishen Capsule.METHODS TLC was used for identification of Radix Rehmanniae and Herba Epimedii,UV was used to determine the content of total flavone.RESULTS The TLC identification was highly specific and the spots were clear and concentrated.The linear range of icariin was 5.928~15.808μg·mL-1,r=0.9997.The average recovery was 98.18% and RSD was 0.65%.CONCLUSION The method was simple and accurate.It can be used for quality control of Huangqi Yishen Capsule.
