摘要
为了找出溶剂油产品产生异味的原因,先后进行了白土脱色、酸碱精制试验;采用高纯度电解氢、高效催化剂进行精制,并未达到预期目的。后又采用了添加催掩剂方法,但此方法会增加生产成本。通过进行抽余油窄馏分切割,确定了产生异味的温度范围是195~210℃,通过红外光谱分析,认为使溶剂油产品产生异味的物质可能是十氢萘。
In order to make clear why solvent naphtha produced by solvent naphtha equipment in No.3 refinery always has peculiar smell, a series of tests were carried out such as deeolorization with clay, acid-alkali refining. The refining which used high-purity electrolytic hydrogen and high effective catalyst did not reach the expected goal.Later, a chemical material which can cover the peculiar smell was added to solvent naphtha,but the cost of production was increased. By cutting raffinate oil into narrow fractions, the temperature range 195 -210℃ in which the fractions caused the peculiar smell was found out, and with infrared spectrum the component caused the peculiar smell was discovered to he decalin.
