摘要
以某炼油厂酸性水罐区为例,采样分析了罐区排放气组成,计算了臭气浓度和污染物排放速率,提出了罐区排放气治理前后应执行的污染物控制标准,计算了罐区排放气对标准控制指标的贡献率,给出了治理目标和应该达到的污染物去除率。
Using vent gas from sour water tanks in an oil refinery as a sample, composition of the vent gas was analyzed, and odor concentration and emission rates of air pollutants were calculated. The emission standards were proposed for air pollution control and treatment in the area of sour water tanks. The contribution rate of the vent gas from sour water tanks to the control standard of pollutants before and after treatment was calculated. The treatment targets and removal rates that should be attained were put forward.
