摘要
结合80tLF炉物理模型和数学模型研究,得到LF炉理想偏心喷吹位置及工艺喷吹参数,从LF炉的工艺布置、加料、水口维护、吹氩制度方面分析了LF工厂设计与其模型研究的结合。结果表明,基于LF炉模型的工厂设计能优化LF炉工艺参数,指导生产实践。
The proper gas hole and gas stirring parameters of LF have been achieved based on 80 t LF physical model and mathematics model research. And the combination of plant design and model research has been analyzed from technical flow, alloy materials feeding, nozzle maintaining, Ar blowing system. Therefore, the plant design study based on LF model can not optimize the design of LF, but give references to the production facts.
