摘要
用PLC和WinCC来实现某公司矿石计量分析控制系统的改造。采用PROFIBUS通信技术来实现PLC与远程站的分布式控制,通过WinCC实现PLC与上位机的以太网方式通信,使系统具有良好的人机界面,增强了系统的可靠性。
The ore control system of quantitative analysis improved with WinCC and PLC. PROFIBUS communication technologies is usedf to achieve remote station PLC and distributedcontrol.WinCC is used to achieve the PLC and host computer Ethernet way communications.The system is of favorable HMI,and enhances itself reliability.
