创伤性三角纤维软骨复合体损伤的MRI与临床对照研究 被引量:3

The traumatic injury of triangular fibrocartilage complex: MR imaging and clinical studies

摘要 目的利用MRI技术显示三角纤维软骨复合体(TFCC)结构的损伤与后遗症的相关性。方法选择34例桡骨远端骨折急诊病人进行MRI检查。采用场回波技术,对腕部进行冠状和轴面扫描。结果桡骨远端骨折同时存在TFCC损伤。三角纤维软骨(TFC)、尺侧腕伸肌腱鞘纤维(ECUS)和半月板相同物(MH)损伤占100%。结论桡骨远端骨折愈合后引发尺侧腕疼痛,是ECUS损伤所致。ECUS和MH损伤,是限制前臂远端旋转功能恢复的主要原因。治疗桡骨远端骨折时,要注意腕部TFCC损伤的处理。 Purpose To study the correlation of the consequence and injuries of the triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC). Methods MRI study of TFCC was carried out in 34 consecutive patients with acute fracture of the distal radius. Coronal and axial images were made using FE sequence. Results TFCC injuries were present in all cases with injury of TFC, ECUS and MH involved in 100%. Conclusion The ulnar wrist pain was closely correlated with injuries of the sheath of the extensor carpi ulnaris(ECUS), while limitation of rotation of the forearm was often associated with injuries of ECUS and meniscus homologue. The authors emphasized that attention should be paid to presence of the injuries of the wrist TFCC in the treatment of fracture of distal radius.
