Advance of Study on Animal Models of Lymphoma——Review

摘要 淋巴瘤是发生于淋巴造血系统的恶性肿瘤。建立成熟稳定的动物模型在淋巴瘤病变机理前瞻性研究及进行有效临床治疗的药理研究中占据十分重要的地位。现对淋巴瘤各类动物模型的建立方法、模型特点及其应用等方面进行综述。 Lymphoma is a kind of malignant tumors that takes place in the lymphoid and hematological system. It is important to establish appropriate and stable animal models of lymphoma and they are useful for the experimental research of mechanisms and efficient treatment of disease. In this article the establishment methods, characteristics and practical use of various animal models of lymphoma were reviewed.
