补骨脂素辐射对S_(180)细胞的增敏作用

Irradiation sensitivity-enhancing effect of psoralens on S_(180) cell line

目的：对比观察补骨脂素（Psoralens）的辐射增敏作用，探讨其作用机理，为临床应用奠定实验基础．方法：应用补骨脂素的光敏化作用选择不同辐射源照射，选用日光、长波紫外光、激光及钴60辐射，对比其体内外对S180瘤株的生长抑制作用．结果：在体外单用药、或单辐射均不能杀伤瘤细胞，可是psoralens十钴60照射可以产生较好的辐射增敏作用，结论：psoralens对多种辐射有增敏作用．

Aim:To observe and compare the effects ofirradiation sensitivity-enhancing effects of psoralens and toresearch its action mechanism on killing tumor cells.Methods: The effects of the growth-inhibiting on S180 cells werecompared by using psoralens added with different radiationsources, such as UVA, sun ray Laser and 60Co ray in Vitrand in vitro. Results: Neither psoralens nor Irradiationalone could kill S180 cells in vitro, but different irradiationsources combined with psoralens could kill S180 cellsstrongly, so did it in vivo. Conclusion: Psoralens can enhance theaction and sensitivity of any irradiation sources on killingS180 cells.
