一、生产情况 1～8月，混凝土与水泥制品业自年初累计完成工业增加值561．16亿元，按可比价格计算，比去年同期增长16．21％，同比增幅减少13．4％。

1. Production From January to August 2009, the accumulated industrial value-added of the concrete and cement products industry was RMB 56.116 billion Yuau, 16.21% up year-on-year by comparable prices; the growth rate was 13.4 percentage points lower.
