骶骨病变的CT与MR诊断

CT and MR diagnosis of the sacral lesions

目的：探讨CT与MR对骶骨病变的诊断价值．方法：对22例骶骨病变行CT和（或）MR检查，其中脊索瘤、神经鞘瘤及结核各4例，骨母细胞瘤、恶性纤维组织细胞瘤及蛛网膜囊肿各1例，转移瘤7例．结果；CT对钙化较敏感，MR多参数扫描可准确显示病变范围．结论：CT与MR结合可确定某些病变的良恶性。

Aim: To discuss the value of CT and MR in thediagnosis of the sacral lesions. Methods: Twenty-two casesof the sacral lesions were evaluated by CT and/or MR, inwhich included 4 cases of chordomas, neurinomas, and TBrespectively, 1 case of osteoblastoma, malignant fibroushistiocytoma and subarachnoid cyst respectively, and 7 cases ofmetastases. Results: CT was more sensitive to calcification,the multi～parameters scanning of MR could delineat themargination of the lesions more clearly. Conclusion: By thecombination of CT and MR, the sacral lesions sometimescan be deduced to be benign or malignant.
