摘要
目的:检测白细胞介素-8(IL-8)样免疫阳性物质在大鼠垂体前叶中的存在和分布.方法:用抗入IL-8多克隆抗体行ABC免疫组织化学染色.结果:正常大鼠垂体前叶存在IL-8样免疫阳性物质;阳性细胞主要位于大鼠垂体前叶的浅层区域;大鼠出生3d内已有免疫阳性物质存在,在15d左右形成其分布规律;IL-8样免疫阳性物质主要存在于GH细胞.结论:正常大鼠垂体前叶稳定性存在IL-8样免疫阳性物质,提示IL-8可能影响垂体前叶细胞增殖和(或)激素分泌,从而在神经内分泌免疫网络中发挥一定的作用。
Aim: To investigate the existence andlocalization of IL-8 like immunoreactive substances in rat anteriorpituitary(AP). Methods: ABC immunohistochemistry withanti-human IL-8 polyclonal antibody was used for staining.Results: Many IL-8 like immunoreactive substances werefound in rat AP and mainly localized in the shallow layer ofAP. A weaker immunostaining appeared in AP of postnatalwithin the birth of 3d of rats. The special localizationpattern were formed about 15d old rats. IL-8 likeimmunoreactive substances are mostly localized in GH cells.Conclusion: IL-8 like immunoreactive substances constantlylocalized in normal rat AP cells, suggesting that IL-8 mayinfluence the AP cell proliferation and/or hormone secretion,and play some roles in the cross-talk between the immuneand neuroendocrine system.
