仙鹤草对人癌细胞裸鼠移植瘤的影响

Effect of Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb on nude mice bearing human cancerous xenograft

目的：观察仙鹤草（agrimoniapilosaledeb，APL）对人癌细胞裸鼠移植瘤的影响．方法：采用MTT和人癌细胞裸鼠荷瘤模型进行实验．结果：10mg／LAPL对MgC803，SPC－A－1和Hela人癌细胞均有显著抑制（P＜0．01）；100及200mg／kgAPL对Mgc803。裸鼠移植瘤瘤重抑制率分别为34．6％和48．5％（P＜0．05和P＜0．01）；SPC－A－1为39．6％和49．3％（P＜0．05）；Hela为20．6％和42．6％（P＜0．05）．结论：APL对Mgc803，SPC－A司和Hela人癌细胞及其裸鼠移植瘤具有明显抑制作用．

Aim: To explore the effect of APL on nude micebearing human cancerous xenograft. Methods: MTT andnude mice transplantation tumor models were used in ourexperiments. Conclusion: APL has notable inhibitionto nude mice bearing human Mgc803 or SPC-A-1 and Helacancerous xenograft.
