结肠癌原发灶及其淋巴结转移灶中E钙黏素和基质金属蛋白酶9的表达 被引量:1

Expressions of E-cadherin and Matrix Metalloproteinase-9 in Primary Colon Cancer and Metastatic Lymph Nodes

摘要 目的研究E钙黏素(E-cad)和基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)在结肠癌原发灶及其淋巴结转移灶中的表达,探讨其与结肠癌侵袭和转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测E-cad和MMP-9在128例结肠癌原发灶和淋巴结转移灶中的表达。结果未伴淋巴结转移的原发灶中E-cad的高表达率明显高于伴淋巴结转移的原发灶(P<0.05),MMP-9的高表达率明显低于伴淋巴结转移的原发灶(P<0.05)。原发灶E-cad的高表达率同分化程度相关(P<0.05)。在不同组织学类型及高、中度分化的结肠癌中,原发灶中E-cad的高表达率均明显高于转移灶(P<0.05)。在不同分化程度伴淋巴结转移原发灶中,E-cad和MMP-9的高表达率均存在负相关性(P<0.05)。结论E-cad和MMP-9的表达均与结肠癌的组织分化程度和侵袭、转移相关,检测二者的表达将有助于判断结肠癌的转移和预后。 Objective To examine the expressions of E-cadherin ( E-cad ) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 ( MMP-9 ) in primary colon cancer and metastatic lymph nodes and explore their relationship with the invasion and metastasis of colon cancer. Methods The expressions of E-cad and MMP-9 were determined by immunohistochemical method in the primary tumor and metastatic lymph nodes of 128 case of colon cancer. Results Compared with the primary tumor with lymph node metastasis, the rate of high expression of E-cad was higher and the rate of high expression of MMP-9 was lower in the primary tumor without lymph node metastasis (both P 〈 0.05). In the primary tumor, the rate of high expression of E-cad was correlated with the degree of differentiation (P 〈 0.05 ). In different histological types and well or moderately differentiated colon, cancer, the rate of high expression of E-cad was higher in primary tumor than in metastatic lymph nodes (P 〈 0.05 ). In the primary tumor with lymph node metastasis, the expression of E-cad was negatively correlated with the expression of MMP-9 in the tumor of different degrees of differentiation (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The expressions of both E-cad and MMP-9 are correlated with the degree of differentiation, invasion, and metastais of colon cancer. They can be used to predict the outcome of colon cancer.
