摘要 铀和钍元素的准确分析对于按规定确定放射性材料的种类尤为重要。本文采用标准加入法的可选定量程序,由校准曲线得出铀和钍的R2值分别为0.9889和0.9915。对锡渣进行微距能量色散X射线荧光光谱分析显示,这些放射性元素为非均匀分布。本文在分析过程中使用了两种取样技术(抓取进样和振动进样),结果显示采用振动进样所得到的结果更为准确。 The accurate analysis of uranium and thorium is important in determining the category of radioactive material for regulatory purposes. Alternative quantitative procedure using the standard addition method was tried and the calibration graphs for uranium and thorium showed a R2 value of 0. 9889 and 0. 9915 for uranium and thorium, respectively. Micofocus EDXRF analysis on the tin slag sample also showed the inhomogeneous distrubtion of these radioactive elements. Two different sampling techniques (Grab and Vibratory Feeder) were applied in this analysis. Results proved that the vibratory feeder method achieved a more accurate result.
