摘要
目的建立化妆品中酮康唑、氯咪巴唑和吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐3种去屑剂的高效液相色谱测定法。方法样品采用乙腈超声提取,经0.45μm滤膜过滤后,以乙腈:缓冲盐水溶液(含0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钾和1mmol/L的乙二胺四乙酸二钠溶液,磷酸调节pH值至4.0)体积比为60:40为流动相,注入高效液相色谱仪,在210nm波长下进行分析,外标法定量。结果在1~250mg/L的线性范围内,酮康唑的线性方程为y=32.23x+4.59,检出限为0.069mg/L;在1~500mg/L的线性范围内,氯咪巴唑的回归方程为y=13.76x+9.41,检出限为0.12mg/L;在10~500mg/L的线性范围内,吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐的回归方程为y=24.83x-17.17,检出限为0.71mg/L;相关系数均>0.999。该方法的平均回收率在91.8%~98.5%之间,RSD在0.38%~0.84%之间。结论该方法操作简单、快速,准确度和灵敏度较高,适用于同时测定化妆品中酮康唑、氯咪巴唑和吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐的含量。
Objective To develop a method for simultaneous determination of three kinds of anti-dandruff agents, namely ketoconazole, climbazole, piroctone olamine, in cosmetics by HPLC. Methods The cosmetics were extracted with acetonitrile by ultrasonic,then separated with high-speed centrifuge. The superuatant layer was filtrated through membrane with 0.45 μm diameter. The filtration liquid was injected into HPLC for detection at A = 210 nm. Quantitative analysis was performed with external standard method. Results In the linear range of 1-250 mg/L,the regression equation of ketoconazole was y=32.23x+ 4.59, the detection limit was 0.069 mg/L. In the linear range of 1-500 mg/L, the regression equation of elimbazole was y=13.76x+ 9.41 ,the detection limit was 0.12 mg/L. In the linear range of 10-500 mg/L,the regression equation of piroctone olamine was y= 24.83x-17.17,the detection limit was 0.71 mg/L. The recoveries and relative standard deviations were 91.8%-98.5% and 0.38%- 0.84%, respectively. Conclusion The experimental results show that the method is simple, precise and accurate and suitable for simultaneous determination of 3 kinds of anti-dandruff agents in cosmetics.
