小井眼三维绕障定向井井眼轨迹控制技术与实践 被引量:8

摘要 小井眼三维绕障定向井与常规三维绕障定向井相比轨迹控制精度要求高、操作难度系数大、井下安全风险大。目前各大油田虽然对小井眼三维绕障定向井钻进行了实践,但对其轨迹控制技术总结甚少。重点分析了造成小井眼三维绕障定向井施工困难的原因,从钻具组合的优化、钻井参数的优选、测量方法的选用、防碰措施、钻井液性能控制技术等多个方面系统地阐述了小井眼三维绕障定向井(辛17-斜48井)钻井工艺,为以后钻该类井的施工提供了有益的借鉴,为今后小井眼在胜利油田的进一步推广应用提供了经验。 Three - dimensional(3D) Bypass Directional Well in slim hole require high control accuracy of hole trajectory,difficulty to operate and not safety,is difficult than 3D bypass directional well.Even though there are some practical 3D bypass directional in slim holes in many oilfield,few papers report the trajectory controlling method.In order to insure directional operation,the technical difficulties that may arise from the path control were analyzed,the paper summarized the drilling technologies of 3D bypass directional in slim hole from the optimizing of bottom hole assembly,the optimizing of drilling parameter,measurement of hole trajectory and the controlling technology of drilling fluid etc.The experience learned from the DXX17 - X48 well provides guidance for drilling such 3D bypass slim directional well in the future.The Technique will provide example for drilling slim hole well in Shengli Oilfield.
