摘要
随着油气勘探开发的不断深入,钻井信息化、井筒可视化成为国内外钻井界的迫切要求,现有的泥浆脉冲、电磁等无线数据传输技术已难以满足技术发展的要求,应力波井筒数据传输技术已成为近年来国内外研究的热点之一。我院成功研制了具有独立知识产权的应力波随钻测量系统工业样机,本文介绍了其系统构成及工作原理,分析了室内试验数据及应力波信号传输的影响因素。试验结果表明该技术的发展前景广阔。
With the devolopment oil and gas exploration and production,drilling information and wellbore visualization are desired by drilling field.Mud pulse and electromagnetic wireless transmission technology can not meet the technical development requirements,stress wave wellbore data transmission technology is becoming one of the hot research at home and abroad in recent years.Industrial sample of stress wave measurement while drilling system with independent intellectual property rights was successfully developed by Drilling Technology Research Institute of Kelamayi.Composition,working principle and lab analysis of stress wave measurement while drilling system was expounded in this paper.Experimental data and the stress wave signal transmission factors were analyzed. The experimental results showed that development prospects of stress wave measurement while drilling technology will be widely used.
