摘要
目的:评价磁共振短近转时间序列(STIR)在软组织肿瘤诊断中的作用。材料与方法:32例肿瘤均经SE和STIR序列扫描,比较两者图像的肿瘤对比度、信噪比和病理征象的检出率,评价对恶性肿瘤诊断价值。结果:肿瘤对比度在STIR序列上为0.7074±0.0470,在SET2WI上为0.3700±0.0546(P<0.01);信噪比在STIR序列上为10.246±3.052,在SET2WI上为23.374±10.040(P<0.01)。STIR与SET2WI比较。8例肿瘤范围在STIR上显示较大,肿瘤边缘不现则征STIR多检出9例,转移灶多检出2枚;STIR对恶性肿瘤诊断的敏感性较高。9例肿瘤在SET2WI上信号不均匀,在STIR上则为均匀高信号,2例肿瘤中央坏死在STIR上漏检,STIR的肿瘤信号缺乏一定的特异性。结论:STIR对肿瘤组织的敏感性较高,能使肿瘤对比度明显增加,显示肿瘤形态特点,对恶性肿瘤诊断和肿瘤分期有较高的价值。
Objective: To evaluate the role of MR shirt-TI inversion-recovery (STIR) pulse sequence in diagnosis of soft-tissue tumors. Materials and Methods:Thirty-two tumors were scanned by both SE and STIR sepuence, compered with the contrast of tumor, signal-difference-to-noise ratios (SD/Ns) and detecting rate of pathologic features, evaluating the value in diagnosis of malignant tumors. Results: The contrast of tumors wers 0.7074 ± 0.047 in the STIR and 0.3700 ± 0.0546 in the SE T_2WI (P < 0.01 ). The SD/Ns were 10.246 ± 3 .052 in the STIR and 23 .374 ± 10. 040 in the SE T_2WI. Compared STIR sequence with SE T_2WI, more than 9 cases of irregular margin of tumor and 2 lesion of metastises were revealed in the STIR. 9 cases of tumors were inhomogeneous signal intensity in the SE T_2WI, but were homogeneous high signal intensity in the STIR. 2 cases of cental necrosis of tumor were not found in the STIR. STIR sequence has nonspecificity of high signal intensity of tumors. Conclusion: The STIR has higher sensitivity for tumor tissue, can raise contrast of tumors and shows characteristic morphologic features of tumor, having higher value in diagnosis of malignant tumors and staging tumors.
