摘要
针对液粒两相强制环流光整加工中的环流流场,应用FLUENT软件,通过建立环行管道的三维模型,采用RNG k-ε模型对管内环流流场进行了数值模拟,获得了环流的速度场。对模拟结果进行速度分析,研究其衰减特征,最后设想使内圆柱做轴向运动或做圆周运动,探讨其对光整加工的影响,为用环流进行光整加工奠定基础。
For the circulation flow in finishing carried out by the two-phase of liquid and grain,a circular three-dimensional model of the pipeline is established in FLUENT.The RNG k-ε model is used to simulate the flow field in the circulation pipe.The paper analyzes the velocity and its decay characteristics,as well as the effect of the flow field motion on the finishing processing.This work would lay basis for implementation of circulation flow finishing.
