摘要
针对YDN系列减速器产品参数化设计中自动装配技术的理论和方法进行了深入的研究。在Pro/E环境下,以Visual C++为编程语言,Pro/Toolkit为开发工具,对YDN系列减速器零件模型自动装配模块进行了二次开发,给出了自动装配二次开发的程序流程,缩短了减速器产品参数化设计周期,提高了企业的市场竞争能力,对其他减速器产品快速设计开发有一定的参考价值。
Based on studying the parametric assembly of YDN serial reducers,this paper used Visual C++ and Pro/Toolkit to make the secondary development of reducer s assembly module in Pro/E environment,and gave the process of the secondary development.This work could shorten the reducer s design cycle and advance the competition capability of reducer corporation.
