摘要
数控机床误差参数辨识是数控机床误差补偿的关键技术之一,详细介绍了14线测量法,并对14线测量法的辨识原理进行了深入的探讨和研究;运用14线法对三坐标数控机床的21项误差进行了辨识,最后简要说明了运用14线测量法的缺陷。
The geometric error detection and identification is an important technology in error compensation of numerical controlled machine tool.This paper introduced 14 displacement measurement line and its measurement principle.The identification process for 21 errors existing in the machine tool is performed with the help of 14 line method.Finally,it briefly introduces the shortcomings of 14 line measurement.
