摘要
研究了一种基于软基准面的液压自动调平控制装置。在分析了砂浆车液压自动调平原理的基础上,用倾角传感器测量车体平台两个水平度上的倾角,采用单向调节方式,调节车体平台下面的4个液压缸,最后使平台处于水平状态。实验结果证明所设计的自动调平控制系统一次调平结果能够满足精度要求。
The paper mainly studied one kind of hydraulic automatic leveling control device based on soft datum plane. After analyzing the principle of mortar vehicle hydraulic automatic leveling, we use the inclination angle sensor to survey the inclination angles of chassis platform on two levels. By use of the unidirectional accommodation mode, we adjust the four hydraulic cylinders under the chassis platform to make the platform at the horizontal position. The experimental result proved that the automatic leveling comol system is satisfied.
