摘要
以漳村矿选煤厂浮选入料为研究对象,在不改变现场浮选工艺和设备的要求下,通过一系列浮选实验研究,寻求合理的浮选加药制度。以此为基础,设计了浮选加药自动控制系统,同时对浮选机自动加药系统目前存在的堵管问题提出了电加热解决方案,从而在保证精煤灰分指标合格的前提下,实现了药剂制度优化,达到了提高精煤产率,降低生产成本的目的。
Taking the flotation in Zhangcun Coal Preparation Plant as study object,in the condition of unchanging the flotation technique and flotation equipment on-site,we carried out a test to investigate the basic features of coal slimes and to pursue a better dosing system.Then,under the condition of guaranteeing the ash content of the clean coal,the optimization of dosing system was realized.The productivity of clean coal was increased,as the cost of production was decreased.
