心脏钝性损伤的诊疗进展 被引量：3

摘要 心脏钝性损伤（blunt cardiac injury,BCI）指的是心脏的非锐性机械损伤。以往，常将心脏受到钝性机械作用所致的心肌损伤称作“心肌挫伤”或“心肌震荡”，这定义因为缺乏统一的损伤机制和受损程度描述而备受争议，因为各个研究的诊断标准不一，所以报道的发生率也相差甚多，即使是相同机制所致．其报道的心肌挫伤的发生率也不同，从17％～70％不等。
