锁定加压接骨板治疗四肢骨折失败原因分析 被引量:1

摘要 接骨板内固定是治疗四肢骨折的常用方法。锁定加压接骨板(locking compressioll plate.LCP)采用有限接触接骨板的设计模式,螺钉孔采用圆锥形螺纹锁定孔和动力加压孔一体化设计结构.为接骨板固定骨折提供了成角稳定性。笔者回顾性分析了自2006年9月至2009年2月采用LCP治疗四肢骨折120例患者的临床资料,其中7例内同定失败.从而探讨LCP在临床应用中的规范性操作问题。
