摘要 为提高空间相机热平衡试验的精度、效率、自动化程度及其轨道外热流模拟的真实程度,基于虚拟仪器技术,在LabVIEW 8.5和HP VEE开发环境下,设计了本系统。利用VISA与GPIB、串口通信的可编程电源通信,并根据采集到的温度数据监控整个试验过程。该系统装置简单,调节方便,适用于空间相机热平衡试验,曾在某空间相机补充热平衡实验中应用,试验结果表明:系统成功实现了对瞬变外热流模拟的自动控制。 A high precision programmable power system based on the technology of virtual instruments was designed to improve the precision, efficiency, automation and really degree of space heat flux simulation in thermal balance test. The powers could communicate with VISA in LabVIEW 8.5 and HP VEE through the GPIB interface or serial port. Then the whole process of the test in terms of the temperature data acquired by the computer could be controlled. This system is simple to set up, easy to adjust and suitable for the thermal balance test of space camera. It was used in a thermal balance test of space camera, and the experimental results showed that it can automatically control the simulation of transient space heat flux successfully.
