“冲之鸟”涉及的法律问题被引量：4

摘要 "冲之鸟"属于《联合国海洋法公约》第一二一条第3款规定的岩礁,不应有专属经济区和大陆架。日本提交的"200海里外大陆架划界案"对"冲之鸟"主张超过200海里的外大陆架,侵蚀了作为人类共同继承财产的国际海底区域。大陆架界限委员会应不审议或搁置审议日本划界案的相关部分。
