摘要
本文把有机污染物生物降解途径的理论预测和量化剖析相结合,确定生物降解途径中的控制反应,给出控制反应QSBR的概念模式,在此基础之上建立了Pseudomonassp.典型生物降解途径控制反应的QSBR模型,利用建立的模型指导1,2-,1,4-二氯苯和1,2,4-三氯苯生物处理优势菌的选择。
The controlled reaction on biodegradation pathway can be determined according to the theoretical prediction and quantum chemistry analysis for biodegradation pathway of organic pollutant. The conceptual mode on controlled reaction's QSBR is given and the QSBR model on controlled reaction for typical biodegradation pathway of Pseudomonas sp. is built up. The choice of superior strain for biotreatment of 1,2-, 1,4-dichloroben-zene and 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene is given by use of the built model.
