低压静电阴极保护缓蚀机理的研究

摘要 将低压静电杀菌技术与外加电流阴极保护缓蚀技术结合起来,对循环冷却水系统的金属腐蚀控制进行了实验研究,并提出了缓蚀机理。该方法不仅能杀菌,而且能缓蚀,对于控制循环冷却水系统中的微生物腐蚀与电化学腐蚀极为有效。 Low-voltage electrostatic cathodic protection(LECP) is a combined technology of low-voltage electrostatic bactericidal action with impressed current cathodic protection, which was studied on metal corrosion control in circulating cooling water system, and anti-corrosion mechanism was provided in this paper. LECP is very effective in controlling microbiological and electrochemical corrosion existing in the circulating cooling water system.
