北31—75注水管线化学防垢技术研究

摘要 论述了北31—75注水管线的成垢原因是由于水中溶解氧含量高,流速高,造成管线不均匀腐蚀,再加上水中大量二氧化硅的存在,促使了垢的生成,最终导致水的流动阻力增大造成管损。根据成垢原因,我们开展了相应的室内防垢技术研究和现场试验研究,结果表明,在现场投加除氧剂Na2SO3、杀菌剂WC—85和缓蚀剂JH—901B及防垢剂ATMP,可有效地控制北31—75注水管线的结垢,并可使原有的垢逐渐剥落,取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益。 The article states the reason of scale formation of North 31-75 water injection pipeline is that the dissolved oxygen in water is high and the flowing speed is fast. It makes the pipeline non-uniform corrosion, due to the existence of silicon dioxide in water at the same time, all of these accelerate scale formation to lead to an increase of flowing prevention in the pipeline. According to the reason of scale formation, we have developed the research of indoor and on site scale prevention. The result shows that adding Na 2SO 3 deoxygenation agents, WC-85 bactericide, JH-901B corrosion inhibitor and ATMP scale prevention agents in the experiments on site can efficiently control the scale formation of North 31-75 water injection pipeline, and make scale existed originally removed. The economic efficiency and society efficiency is very good.
