催化原料油—减压蜡油萃取处理催化裂化废水

EXTRACTION TREATMENT OF FCC WASTEWATER BY FCC RAW MATERIAL OIL-DECOMPRESSED WAX OIL TO REMOVE PHENOL

作者选用催化原料油—减压蜡油为萃取剂，对催化裂化含酚废水进行脱酚预处理。结果表明，进水ｐＨ≤９．５不加调节，温度ｔ≥６０℃，酚萃取脱除率达到９０％以上。萃取后的减压蜡油依据现有工艺而进入催化裂化，不需进行再生等后处理。整个萃取工艺简单易行，完全能满足预处理的要求。

FCC raw material oil-decompressed wax oil is used as extraction agent to pretreat FCC phenol-bearing wastewater. The results showed, under the conditions of pH≤9.5 and T≥60℃, the extraction removal rate is more than 90%. The extracted FCC raw material oil-decompressed wax oil is carried to FCC unit and does not need to be regenerated. The extraction technology is easy to operate and can meet the need of the pretreatment.
