摘要
运用恒电量技术对冷却水系统的腐蚀进行监测,通过Rp、Rf、Cf等电化学参数的分析,能够随时报道水处理各阶段的腐蚀变化,尤其是能够灵敏地反映出预膜膜层生长情况。
By a coulostatic perturbation meter and a microcomputer as on-line measurement system, the cooling water systems were monitored. Based on the analysis of E-T attenuation curves, relevant parameters, R p, C d, R f and C f in equivalent circuit for the system, were obtained. Thus the corrosion of the systems could be reported at any time, and in particular reflected sensitively was the situation of film-forming at the stage of prefilming.
