摘要
测定了聚丙烯酸(PAA)和丙烯酸/甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙基酯(AA/HEA)的特性粘数,比较了用九个经验式求得的特性粘数差异,指出了实验体系的Huggins常数k′较大(0.443~0.726)是造成部分计算结果偏差较大的原因,提出了一个k′取0.64的简易一点法公式。用该公式计算的24个数据中,相对偏差小于1%的数据为12个,好于用已知九个公式计算的结果。
Intrinsic viscosities of polyacrylic acid(PAA) and copolymer of acrylic acid and β-hydroxyethyl methylacrylate (AA/HEA) were determined. The differences of these viscosities obtained by nine empirical formulae were compared and the reason why some results from those formulae have large deviations is that the experimental systems have large Huggins'constants (k' from 0.443~0.726). A modified formula for one-point measurement with k' equal to 0.64 was proposed, which is easy for calculating intrinsic viscosity. Among 24 viscosities from the new formula, 12 viscosities have smaller deviations than 1%, which is better than the results from the nine known formulae.
