The synthesis of a slow-dissolved phosphate water treatment agent is introduced. Its performance of scale inhibition and anti-corrosion is studied. The application of this water treatment agent to low-pressure boiler water treatment shows that this water treatment agent is convenient in operation, low in water treatment cost and very efficient in scale inhibition and anti-corrosion.
