摘要
多年来,衡量高职院校人才是否合格的标准有很多,一般院校多是以专业知识结构为衡量标准,而对于专业知识以外的素质结构却少有要求。2001年在《中共中央国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》精神指引下,全国各地的普通高校在推进素质教育方面做了一些探索和尝试。如何在专业知识结构以外把握好音乐欣赏素质教育以培养21世纪具备专业知识和人文素质合格人才是一个值得探讨的问题。
There are various criterions evaluating the professional talents in the common vocational college for years. They mostly emphasize the professional knowledge structure, but have few demands for the quality structure. Directed by the spirit of the decision on deepening the educational reform and boosting the quality-oriented education comprehensively by the Central Committee of CCP and the State Council, the common colleges across the nation put some attempt and exploratory work on boosting the quality-oriented education. It is worth discussing that how to hold the quality-oriented education in the music appreciation for training eligible personnel with professional knowledge and cultural quality in the 21 st century.
