试论“和文化”的本质、意义及价值取向

"和",是人类追求的最高境界。"和"是一种品格,一种精神,一种文化。坚持和实践"和而不同"的"和为贵"的宇宙观、世界观、人生观和价值观是和文化的主轴,是一代代人应努力践行的历史使命。"和文化"在宏观上讲涉及天和地和、国和人和四个层次,"和",不是"知和而和",斗争、变革、革命,也是致"和"的有效途径,要"以力致中",要以实力促"和"、求"和"、维"和"。我们要理直气壮地增强政治力、经济力、军事力、科技力、文化力,以实力为依凭,弘扬"和",践行"和"。

＂He＂ （harmony） is the supreme realm that humans are pursuing. It is character, spirit and belongs to culture. Therefore, it is the historical mission for generations to stick to and practice the values of ＂harmony in difference＂ and ＂supremacy of harmony＂. Objectively, harmonious culture involves natural harmony, social harmony and human harmony, so it does not mean ＂pursuing harmony for the sake of harmony＂. Rather, ＂struggle, reform and revolution＂ are also the effective ways to achieve harmony. We should resort to our strength to achieve and maintain harmony. Thus, we have strong reason to enhance our economic, political, technical and military force as well as cultural strength in order to promote and practice ＂harmony＂.
