On Implementation of Socialist Core Value System in Colleges and Universities

贯彻落实党的十七大提出的推进社会主义核心价值体系建设的两大任务。用社会主义核心价值体系武装当代大学生，使其内化为他们的价值观念，外化为他们的自觉行动，既是高校义不容辞的社会担当，也是高校学生思想政治教育领域的一项重大系统工程。

The construction of the socialist core value system is one of the two main tasks put forward in the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China： To arm the college students with the socialist core value so that they can transform their inner value system into self-conscious actions, is not only an incumbent social responsibility of the colleges and universities, but also a significant systematic program of the ideological and political education.
