摘要
在高职人才培养中,针对企业参与校企合作效果不佳的现状,分析了校企“双主体”培养模式中企业方积极性不高的原因,并提出了企业全程参与办学、让企业获取经济效益、学校加强对顶岗实习的管理与监控、实行“预就业”培养、建立健全相关政策和法规五项解决措施。
This paper analyses the causes of low initiative of enterprises in the cooperation with colleges in training higher vocational talents under the double-entities training system and suggests five measures to improve the situation: allowing full participation of enterprises in the whole process of education; deriving economic benefits for the enterprises; managing and monitoring full-time internship; implementing "pre-employment"training; working out and improving relevant policies and regulations.
