基于XML标准的SVG是一种描述二维矢量图像的语言,对WebGIS的构建具备良好的可用性和适用性.本文提出了一个建立基于SVG的WebGIS系统的体系结构,将之应用于延安市旅游电子地图系统中,对延安市旅游资源信息进行采集、存储、管理、分析和图形处理显示,并由图形、图像、文字和声音等多种形式综合展示.同时对系统实现的关键技术,如SVG空间数据组织编码方法、SVG电子地图的制作、SVG空间数据管理和系统客户端实现等进行了详细阐述.

SVG based on XML is a kind of language describing 2D vector graphics.It is usability and applicability to set up WebGIS.The paper puts forward a system structure of WebGIS based on SVG,which has been applied to Yan an Tourism WebGIS.The Web GIS implemented many functions such as collecting tourism information,meta-data storing,data management and spatial analyses which facilitates various displaying functions for tourism information with multimedia means.The paper sets forth some key techniques of implement of the system in detail coding method of organizing SVG spatial data; generation of SVG electronic map; management storage of SVG spatial data and implement of client.
