日本《私立学校法》对完善我国《民办教育促进法》的启示

自《民办教育促进法》实施以来,我国民办教育事业获得了长足的发展。但在实施过程中也出现了诸如合理回报在实践中操作困难、管理监督体系不完善、办学自主性不强等问题。通过与日本《私立学校法》的对比分析,以期为完善我国《民办教育促进法》提供借鉴。

The Privately-run Schools get great development As Private Education Promotion Law be carried out.But there also have some defects,such as the reasonable paycheck is hard to operate,the system of manage and supervisor are uncertain and short of the right of self-determination in manage.This article wants to draw lessons from Private School Law of Japanese to inspire Private Education Promotion Law.
