摘要
本文从身体机能、专项技能、乒乓球兴趣培养等方面入手,以实验组与对照组的均数检验对比为依据,对乒乓球课运用"赏识教育"的教学效果进行了实验研究。研究表明,该方法在改善学生心理状态,培养乒乓球兴趣,提高技能和学习效果等方面有十分明显的意义。
In this paper,I do some experiment research on ping-pong education in physiological functions,professional skills,interests.This education mode shows good effects in improving the state of mind of students.And then they are more interesting in playing ping-pong,so that they make rapid improvement of ping-pong skill.
