针对当前大学生课外阅读下降的现状,分析了大学生阅读下降的原因,指出了高校图书馆在大学生阅读能力培养中的优势作用,提出了高校图书馆对大学生阅读能力培养的基本思路。

This paper makes an analysis on the reasons for the decrease of the university students reading ability,points out the advantages of university libraries for improving students reading ability,and ultimately proposes the fundamental methods for the cultivation of the students reading ability by university libraries.
