当前,图书馆工作面临着前所未有的挑战。而要迎接挑战,促进图书馆工作健康、快速、持久的发展,就必须加强图书馆人力资源的开发和管理。本文分析了图书馆人力资源的现状,提出了加强图书馆人力资源开发与管理的措施。

At present,the library work is facing an unprecedented challenge.In order to usher in this challenge and promote the healthy,rapid and lasting development of library,we have to strengthen the exploitation and management of human resources in library.This paper analyzes the current situation of human resources in library.And puts forward some measurement to strengthen the exploitation and management of human resources in library.
