全向侧面叉车行驶平顺性的仿真

摘要 全向侧面叉车纵向尺寸长、横向尺寸短,主要用于价格昂贵的超长、高危物资的航运作业,为保证作业的安全性,对该车的行驶平顺性提出较高的要求。利用COSMOSMotion软件对全向侧面叉车进行了跨越门槛和崎岖路面2种危险工况条件下的行驶平顺性仿真研究,获得了作业对象冲击加速度的分布规律,为后续的实车实验奠定了基础。 Multi - direct side - loading forklift truck is characterized by long longitudinal size and short horizontal size. It is usually used to handle long and high risk materials. So the multi - direct side - loading forklift truck needs higher travel smoothness for handling safety. The paper simulates the travel smoothness of the truck under two dangerous conditions, traveling over hurdles and on rugged road by means of COSMOSMotion software, and derives the pattern of the impact acceleration due to handling material. It lays a foundation for futrue such truck product test.
