摘要
大学生就业困难的因素很多,但主要由社会、学校、个人三个方面的因素造成。解决这个问题,政府应当发挥宏观调控作用,改良社会就业环境;学校要深化教育体制改革,加强就业指导服务;学生必须增强自身综合素质,提高就业竞争力。
There are a number of factors of the employment difficulties faced by university students, but mainly caused by three factors： government, colleges and universities, and individuals. To solve the difficulties, the govemment should play a role in macroeconomic regulation and control, improve the employment situation; schools should deepen the reform of the educational system, strengthen career guidance services; students should enhance the overall quality of their own to improve the employability and competitiveness.
