摘要
目的总结乙型脑炎呼吸衰竭的，1名床观察及护理经验。方法对15例乙型脑炎，其中8例呼吸衰竭患者进行观察与护理。结果死亡3例，自动出院1例，病死率26．6％，比2000年前下降6．8％。结论及时发现患者的病情变化，并采取有效的护理措施，是提高抢救成功率的关键措施之一。
Aim To summarize the JE of the clinical observation of respiratory failure and nursing experience. Methods 15 cases of Japanese encephalitis, of which 8 cases were observed in patients with respiratory failure and nursing care. Results 3 cases of death, one case of automatic discharge, 26.6% mortality rate in 2000 dropped 6.8 percent. Conclusion The key measure to increase the successful rescue rate is to discover the change of patients＇ disease in time and take effective nursing care.
