摘要
目的验证含氟制剂氟保护漆治疗牙本质过敏症的临床疗效。方法将60例患有不同程度的牙本质过敏症的156颗牙齿，随机分成实验组和对照组，对照组用75％氟化钠甘油糊剂进行治疗，实验组用氟保护漆进行治疗，在治疗后即刻、1周、1个月进行临床疗效观察与评价。结果总有效率实验组即刻、1周、1个月，分别为97．43％、93．58％、89．74％，对照组分别为71．79％、66．28％、51．27％，两组间经统计学处理有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论氟保护漆用于牙本质过敏症的脱敏治疗，效果良好。
Objective To test the clinical effect of curing dentin hypersensitivity with fluorine - containing preparation. Methods 156 dentin hypersensitivity teeth of 60 patients were divided into two groups, experimental group were treated with flour protector, comparison group with 75% Sodium fluoride glycerin. Results Total effective rates between experimental group（immediately, 97.43% ; lweek, 93.58% ; lmon, 89.74% ） and comparison group （immediately, 71.79% ; lweek, 66. 28% ; 1mon, 51.27% ） were statistically significant（ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion It has a good effect to use fluoride to treat dentin hypersensitivity.
